1343 miles driven, 13 miles hiked, 6 miles canoed, 5 breweries visited, 31 beers tasted, and 2 Shakespearean plays seen. And along the way we managed to camp in the redwoods in 2 beautiful campgrounds. We also got to spend a few days with some dear friends in Bend, Oregon. It is not really near anything but it is a beautful area and everybody is friendly.
In Ashland we saw "Much Ado about Nothing" and "Macbeth". They were both excellent. If you get a chance to visit the Oregon Shakespeare Festival then take it. The shows are always top notch.
